The studios each have double bed & single bed, each have their own WC & shower, Fridge, microwave, English/French TV. Wifi Broadband.

Large balconies with some sea views. Breakfast & parking on request. We are 5 minutes walk to the beach & 10 minutes walk to the centre of Cannes and Palais des Festivals via panoramic views overlooking the Bay of Cannes and cobbled streets full off restaurants.

Perfectly located for a vacation stay on the Riviera, the close proximity to the Cannes conference centre also make these studios very suitable for the business traveller. The Internet connection is handy for catching up with emails and friends, without the fuss of finding an internet cafe, and is also useful if you want to check on-line information for news of local events, travel connections, etc.

LOCATION

Cannes is a glamorous destination on the French Riviera, famed for its International Film Festival, the beach and promenade at La Croisette, its chic stores, and its cosmopolitan air.

Le Suquet is the old district, and can trace its origins back to Roman times, with the original Roman rampart fortifications still visible on the hill overlooking the port. You can stroll up the cobbled, famous Rue Antoine, and choose between the many romantic & gourmet restaurants. Carry on walking past the ancient church, famous clock tower and museum to enjoy the glorious view of Cannes and harbour from the old ramparts and gardens, just a few moments away from the studios.

The accommodation is situated in Le Suquet, old Cannes. It is 5 minutes walk to the beach & 10 minutes walk to the centre of Cannes via panoramic views overlooking the Bay of Cannes & 11th century church leading to cobbled streets full of restaurants. is at the top of the hill, just 200 yards ( less than 200 meters) from the famous clock tower.

Just a short walk away is the Palais des Festivals, beach and the famous daily Forville Market offering flowers, fruit, fish, fromage and fresh local produce!

Cannes is in the region of Provence on the Cote D'Azur. Antibes is a short drive away, and a direct bus service runs from Nice airport to Cannes throughout the day.
