Beach on the Cap d'Antibes near rental villa

A charming rental villa on a large (1.450 m²) plot of land to rent on the west side of prestigious Cap d'Antibes. The neighbourhood is quiet with mature trees and vegetation. Easy access to all beaches and a ten minute walk to Juan les Pins, with its restaurants and the famed Pam Pam nightlife extravaganza.

DETAILS OF THE RENTAL VILLA

The villa is open plan with large living room and dining room. There is also a study for those who need peaceful moments for reflection or work away from the family.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer,washing machine and tumble dryer.

Security

The property is secure on all 4 sides, with electric gates opening onto a cul-de-sac (non-through road). There is parking for 3-4 cars.

Gardens

There is a nice terrace overlooking the beautiful garden and the pool is protected by a gate. The garden has a barbecue and the setting makes for memorable holidays on the Cap d'Antibes.

LOCATION

Drive West from Nice airport to Antibes and onto the Cap d'Antibes. From this rental villa Cannes, and St Tropez are an easy drive.

BOOKING INFORMATION

The rental price includes gas, electricity, water and all local telephone calls. Bed linen and towels are provided for 30 euros per person.

A 20% deposit should be paid on booking with the full amount paid 45 days prior to the start of the rental period. The deposit will be returned within 7/10 days of your departure. A local person manages the property on our behalf and be on hand when you arrive to give you the keys and show you how everything works and if you need assistance in the event of a problem.

Price

Priced from 750 - 2.500 euros per week depending on numbers of people, length of stay and time of year.
